Can I add or remove something from my order?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to make any changes once your order has been placed as the order is being sent to our logistics center at the same time. In this case, it is best to simply place a new order if you wish to order additional products.
I have not received and orders or shipping confirmation.
Please make sure to check your junk / spam email as it might have been hiding there. If it is not, you are welcome to contact us again through our email or contact number and we would be glad to send you another confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled from us once it has been placed as the logistics center would be preparing for the dispatch already.
How do I proceed with a complaint or feedback?
It would be better to send us a photo or video together with your order number through email so that our customer support team could take care of your request. Thank you.
