Returns & Refunds
All MeTime products are packaged with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reasons that you are not fully satisfied, please follow the following instructions below:
Any purchases made online must be returned directly to MeTime.
- We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days upon receiving shipment for a refund, less shipping cost.
- Customers can opt for a free return of the merchandise by dropping it off at our retail store simply by flashing the return code to any of our store personnel.
- We do not accept returns after 14 days.
- To return merchandise, please send all items to 133 New Bridge Road, B1-16 Chinatown Point, Singapore 059413. Please remember to include your order number on or the return package.
- For your protection, please return item in original or comparable packaging and use a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping.
- All cost related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
- For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days upon receiving the returned item and once we have done the refund, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp (depending on which mode of contact you have reached out to us with) then you will be able to see it on your bank statements within 3 working days.
